My carving appetite for hot and spicy ginata-an has
tempted me in plugging our favorite Caramoan dish
and bet, you can mark my word on any of these:
- Ginata-ang alimango mixed with squase
- Kinu-not na pagi with chili or malungay leaves
- Ginata-an pusit mixed with young jackfruit or ugob
- Grilled blue marlin steak or inasal na malasuge
- Gulay na natong (gabi leaf) with newly dried fish
- Grilled conch shell or inug-og na sahang
- Last but not least.. gulay na siling labuyo. Ohg!
