Port of GUIJALO is your entry point to the town. From this point you'll find some trimobiles or jeepneys enroute to the town proper, which is a 20 min of sensational ride! A trip via rough road is also passable, mostly in the summer time and a 4x4 vehicle is highly recommended. But taking a fun boat rides also open doors of your curiousity in to the enchanting moment of adventure.
MATUKAD ISLAND is one the favorite. This cute island has a circum of 1,616 meter with small lagoon and 125 meters stretch of pristine white sand beach comparable to any tourist destination. It is also a home for many flowers like orchids and varieties of small BONZAI-LIKE TREES and wild plants that grow on rocks.
Island hopping or kayaking on any of the beautiful white beach island is just simply breathtaking experience.
